I am an Assistant Professor of Health Policy & Economics at Weill Cornell Medicine in NYC. My research uses econometric and qualitative methods to evaluate the impact of health insurance policies on reproductive, pregnancy, and postpartum care use in the United States. My work is particularly focused on groups that have been systematically excluded from care, including women with disabilities and undocumented immigrants. 

I am a Faculty Affiliate at the Medicaid Policy Impact Initiative, housed within the Cornell Health Policy Center. My research has been published in health policy journals including Health Affairs, JAMA Network Open, The Milbank Quarterly, and Obstetrics & Gynecology and cited in the 2025 Economic Report of the President.

I received a PhD in Health Services Research from Brown University School of Public Health, an MPH from Columbia Mailman School of Public Health, and a BA in Sociology & Biochemistry from Bowdoin College.
